Chill Out Air Conditioning was started in 2009 by Blaine Hoffman and he continues to own and operate it today. After starting in the HVAC/R trade in 1978, Blaine continued to work for several well known Southern California A/C contractors, as well as hiring on as a union (journeyman level) technician for both the Newport-Mesa and L.A. Unified School Districts. After 30 plus years in the business, he felt that there was a need for an HVAC business that was dedicated to bringing high quality service to both commercial and residential customers at an affordable price. Being both a homeowner and a business owner afforded Blaine with a unique perspective of the challenges that the consumer and the HVAC trade faces as we head into the next decade.

Blaine is proud of the work that he does, and feels a sense of responsibility to bring passion and dedication to each and every job. He treats every client with the utmost importance, no matter how big or small the job is.
